Got a carnation n orchid lei for SJSU grad tomorrow that I phoned in this morning. They didnt know bout the carnation but happily did it by 2pm. So friendly n efficient. Left happily with a suggestion that they should also make some hawaiian tradition lei po'o, a crown wreath for the head, which everyone loves nowadays. Mahalo Fremont Flowers

Excellent service. They were able to design a bridal bouquet exactly the way we imagined it with a super short turn around. Extremely nice to work with. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back Fremont Flowers with future orders

Feb 2, 2023 update Same great customer service as always. Today I just bought eucalyptus leaves and leather ferns for a newborn photoshoot. The leather ferns were absolutely perfect for our needs!! Total cost for both bundles was around $25 Whenever they take me to their refrigerated section in the back it feels like VIP. I'm sure they do that for everyone, but there is something that feels personal about being able to see their behind the scenes inventory. Everything about this place is always pleasant and a great experience overall. - Previous review This place is so well-rounded as a business. I needed a bouquet last minute for an engagement photoshoot in Burney Falls. I arrived 1 hour before closing. The staff were incredible. The environment had this "family" feeling like being welcomed into someone's home and feeling like you're part of it. Scott helped me create a huuge bouquet of white carnations, baby's breath, and a few sunflowers. We added some greenery to make it pop and it came out so beautiful and bountiful which is exactly what the couple wanted. Sadly, I forgot one of my phones there and was going away for the weekend trip. But they held it until today and

**Edit 3: I had to come on here for 2023 and lower my rating. Tried to get some flowers sent several days before May 14 Mother's day- and the website is incurring an ADDITIONAL $15 for ANYTHING being delivered between May 8- 17. Absolutely not. It brought my delivery and tax amount to about $50. Won't be ordering from them until it's fixed, went with another local flower shop where I paid $20 for delivery and taxes- less than HALF the price. **Edit 2: I used the website to order this time around and the website was much easier to use this time around. Website has definitely been updated since I used it in 2018. **Edit: They're the only flower shop I use, the quality speaks for itself! I've been buying flowers from them every mothers day now! I'm so happy! The website itself isn't that great so I had to order through phone and the florist was so nice and professional! I ordered flowers for Latin Mother's day which is May 10. I put my order in the day before and ordered the cottage garden to be delivered the next day. They arrived around 10AM and my mom was so happy! She sent me the attached picture. Thankfully the deliverer was able to find our apartment in the community. Definitel

I could have gone to Safeway or Costco for flowers for the same price and gotten alot more flowers, but I thought a flower shop would be nicer. I went here based on their 5 star reviews and I don't know if I was expecting too much or what but it just didn't meet my expectations of a 5 star review. The customer service was alright nothing above & beyond your normal "hi, how can I help you?" customer service. Also, I know that $30 doesn't go far in a flower shop nowadays, but I just thought the flowers would have been a little fresher. The flower arrangement was done well (good color combo), however I would have chosen maybe 2 or 3 more flowers (I had a total of 8). The 3 purple flowers had already opened and were wilted looking like they had a day or so left, the orange Gerber daisies tips were turning slightly brown and the last 3 flowers were carnations, which are cheap flowers. The arrangement just didnt meet my expectations.
